We recently completed a successful appearance at Sirha 2017 and met lots of interesting people! Sirha is a five-day event taking place every two years serving the catering and hospitality industries. It may not sound familiar, but the event has grown tremendously, boasting over 185,000 visitors in 2015!

During Sirha, innovation and inspiration take center stage the 3,000 brands and exhibitors come together to showcase the latest equipment, services, and food products for Food Service professionals. It is the only trade show in the world to showcase such a strong array of offerings, focusing heavily on fulfilling the needs of various types of catering include hotels, fast food, schools, and more.

This year's Sirte was held in France's east-central city of Lyon located in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Coincidentally, Lyon is renowned for its fantastic cuisine and gastronomy.
